- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Refund Process

- We will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or assembled
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
